The type of accident might impact your compensation claim

When you are involved in a car accident, the type of accident is one of the factors that might impact your claim for compensation. In some cases, such as distracted driving accidents, making your claim might be a bit easier because the cause of the accident is already known. We know that you might be focused on healing after the accident and can't go through the process of investigating the accident to determine the cause. We can do that for you so that you can continue to work on getting better.

Truckers must follow proper winter driving safety

As the winter months near, semitruck drivers must be sure that they are following the proper safety protocol that will help to keep everyone on the roadways safe. While some of these might seem like they should be done automatically, there is a chance that a trucker has become so lax that he or she doesn't even think about ways to remain safe.
