Domenic Romeo attended York University for his undergraduate studies and law school at the University of Saskatchewan, where he received his law degree in 1994. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996.

Domenic began his career advocating for the rights of victims of personal injury in 1992, working for a prominent Toronto plaintiff personal injury law firm as a student.

Since becoming a lawyer, Domenic has practiced exclusively in the field of personal injury representing injured plaintiffs. He has handled and successfully resolved hundreds of cases involving death and all types of serious personal injury including brain injury, paralysis, fractures and other orthopedic injuries, chronic pain syndrome and psychological and psychiatric disability.

In addition to advancing the rights of his clients against the parties responsible for injuring them, Domenic is frequently involved in pursuing his clients' claims for statutory accident benefits, short term and long term disability benefits and Canada Pension Plan disability benefits. He has represented his clients in private mediations, at mediations before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, in litigation in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and before Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunals.

Domenic is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Advocates Society.
